Who is White Cross First Aid ?
White Cross First Aid is a proudly Australian business established on 15 December 2014 by Todd McGeechan. Since its formation, White Cross has focused on providing practical workplace first aid solutions to businesses across a broad range of industries.
The White Cross name is a registered trade mark and reflects a commitment to quality, professionalism and practical workplace support. Every first aid kit supplied by White Cross includes the White Cross First Aid Manual, authored by Todd McGeechan and developed from years of practical industry experience.
Todd brings a unique combination of workplace health and safety knowledge, auditing expertise and operational experience to the business. Prior to establishing White Cross First Aid, Todd spent more than ten years working within the mining sector and has over eleven years’ experience in Advanced First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation and Advanced Pain Management.
Workplace health and safety has always been a core focus. Todd holds an Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety and is a Lead Auditor for internationally recognised ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. He is also qualified as a Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
In addition to his health and safety qualifications, Todd holds an Advanced Diploma of Management, a Diploma of Quality Auditing and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This combination of qualifications provides a practical understanding of workplace operations, management systems, compliance requirements and workforce development.
Over the years Todd has provided advice to local government organisations and has presented to industry groups on the subject of workplace first aid compliance. He has also delivered presentations on workplace first aid requirements on behalf of Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.
Today, White Cross First Aid continues to support businesses by providing practical first aid equipment, workplace solutions and ongoing support tailored to the needs of individual organisations. The focus remains simple: helping businesses maintain effective workplace first aid arrangements with confidence.
